As an accomplished Business Development professional and a Brand Strategist, Vineet Gambhir has a rich experience having held several leadership positions in established companies like Sahara, HFCL, Vatika, InfoUSA and First Advantage. He currently heads DeRisQ’s Background Verification (BGV) solutions brand D-Screen also known as Integrity Verification Services Pvt. Ltd., as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Vineet has varied yet deep experience in the fields of Business Development, Account Management and Customer Retention with demonstrated strengths in capitalizing on Indian business trends, identifying profit potential, creating value, and positioning a company’s products and services to expand market share. He has excellent interpersonal skills with solutions first approach which has ensured low attrition and easy transitions while forming new teams. As a leader, his penchant for spearheading new initiatives has often made him the change agent and has ensured growth of all companies he has served with.
