Having worked in the company since 2015 and completing his Masters in Strategy and Innovation from the University of London, he carries with him out of the box ideas, new perspectives and a disruptive outlook for the business.

As Chief Innovation Officer, he initiates and shoulders multiple projects across brand solutions of all the business verticals of the company and aims to digitize, transform and lead them into the new league, beyond current business space. As a leader, he is a person who responds,“Why not ?“ instead of questioning,“Why ?”

Currently, Mikhail leads all the projects related to automation, digitisation and creating better systems and processes across all the brand solutions to create a seamless and meaningful experience for all the stakeholders of DeRisQ. He leads with a sense of foresight, ensuring that DeRisQ keeps itself relevant and ahead of the curve and time, always.
